POETRY
I have drawn all of my life, as my father did. I went to college at Selby, near York and got my papers.
I paint with watercolours and pencil, sometimes using ink and scratching and flicking with a toothbrush, sponging and tinfoil, etc. I prefer detail. My subjects include portraits of people, dogs, cats, birds, etc., flowers, buildings and scenery. In fact, anything.
I was born in 1940, so am no spring chicken. I am married with one grown up daughter.
I also write a bit of poetry and have a small book to prove it, well quite a few.
